Business & Property Accounts Management

  1. Arranging payment of invoices and recording all transactions on Xero Accounting Software or on Cashflow Manager’s bookkeeping software
  2. Responsible for the monthly payroll on the IRIS software and HMRC returns
  3. Monthly bank reconciliation and production of Reports on Cashflow Manager and Xero
  4. Reconciling rent statements with expected rent records and query where necessary
  5. Completing quarterly VAT returns
  6. Scanning of all legal and other pertinent documents; filing manually and on computer
  7. Extracting information from files and documents archives as and when required
  8. Liaising with our London Surveyors
  9. Liaising with clients
  10. Searching for new investment properties
  11. Inspecting property under management and reporting to client
  12. Answering telephone and dealing with queries on all aspects of the businesses and general office enquiries
  13. Opening and dealing with all post and emails accordingly

Office Management

  1. Dealing with Petty Cash for general office upkeep. Ordering of stationery, postage stamps and all office supplies. Efficient filing.


Business & Property Management

  1. Experience of using accounting software, preferably Xero but knowledge of any accounting software would also be useful
  2. Experience within the Property industry
  3. Knowledge of leases and basic concepts of Property Law
  4. Experience with Payroll software (ideally IRIS) and HMRC returns
  5. Experience of property sales or lettings
  6. Good telephone manner
  7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar
  8. Exceptional organisational skills
  9. Good reliability
  10. Attention to detail
