Job Description:

They are looking to recruit a talented marketing assistant to join their team and support their marketing activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be involved with all elements of the marketing mix, helping to create and deliver marketing collateral online and offline, as well as assisting with the day to day tasks of the marketing department.

Role & Responsibility:

- Supporting the Marketing Manager with the day to day tasks of the department
- Helping to design printed marketing material including brochures and promotional materials
- Content creation for brochure and other marketing literature
- Creating, editing and formatting documents for use internally and externally to ensure consistency of brand messaging
- Content writing and maintenance of social media sites and website
- Website search engine optimisation
- Assist the national sales team with marketing requests such as; brochure distribution and promotional items
- Assist with maintenance of customer product files
- Liaise with CGI team on the creation of images for marketing materials

Skills & Experience:

- Degree in marketing or design
- A creative mind-set and a good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good knowledge/understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Good knowledge/understanding of SEO, Wordpress and Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
