£9.84 per hour (8 hours per week)
2 days per week, split between the two Corps.
Fixed term for 1 year, with a view to extending.
Based at both Shirebrook & Sutton-in- Ashfield Corps
Job Summary: This role will provide administrative assistance to the Corps Officers at both Sutton in Ashfield and Shirebrook Corps. This role is essential in providing support to the busy Corps leaders to allow them the ability to focus on the Mission of the Corps.
Key Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for the administration within the Corps, including the Health and Safety documentation and the Fire folder. Assistance with the Finance system is also a responsibility of this post.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel and Word to an advanced level
- Experience of providing advanced administration support
- GCSE's including English and Maths
