Nicholls Boreholes require an Installation Co-Ordinator to join their busy team, based at their office in Kirdford, West Sussex. This is a role with scope to grow for an enthusiastic, motivated individual.
Key attributes for this role are:
Excellent customer service
Strong administration skills with an organised approach to all tasks
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office for Email, Excel etc
Responsibilities for this position include:
Assistant to the Technical Installation Manager assisting with all administration duties
Organise all the scheduling for employees going to site and liaison with clients to arrange when we will be on site
Liaising with sub-contractors
Checking prices of materials and ordering
Invoicing clients, generating invoice applications for the Operations Manager to action
Taking deliveries for materials arriving at the office, job code materials and informing staff deliveries have arrived
