Office Administrator /Sales Order Processing

We have offices in Taipei, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, UK. Over 90% of our Global Sales is via the internet with over 75% of Global Internet Sales via the Drop Ship model. Currently working with Argos, Amazon (UK, DE, ES, FR IT), Tesco, Groupon, Carrefour, Auchan, Wayfair, Kiddicare, eBay, CDiscount, Secret Sales, Wilkinsons & Costco. Our approach is to dominate the mass market by focusing on the dot.com online retailers throughout the UK & Europe.

Duties will include -

  • Fulfilment and the shipping of all customer sales orders
  • Maximising order potential
  • Checking and managing stock inventory
  • Providing full administrative support to the team
  • Dealing with our returns process , liaising with customers and resolving any queries
  • Dealing with internal queries within the company
  • Liaising with the warehouse
  • To gain knowledge of company and products in order to represent company to the best of your ability
  • Completing daily customer stock updates
  • Maintain procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinating with other departments
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost saving initiatives
  • Keeping track of stationary and office supplies, ordering accordingly

The candidate will have strong

  • Proven background/experience in a sales order processing role
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner

The ideal candidate will have high organisational skills, be reliable, being professional, punctual and willing to go above and beyond their duty.

Salary: Subject to experience         

Progression: Position will start with 2 days a week and will also have the opportunity to be full time and to develop into Customer Services Manager
