JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

LOCATION: Cookstown, County Tyrone (Mid Ulster)

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

THE COMPANY: Our client is a family run company and has been established for 30 years. The company has gone from strength to strength and now boasts a fleet of tankers which deliver to domestic, agricultural and petrol retail outlets across the province. Due to continued success, they are now seeking an Office Administrator for their site in Cookstown, County Tyrone (Mid Ulster).

THE ROLE: This Office Administrator role will be working within a small team of 10 people. This is a highly pressurised environment and you must be used to taking a high volume of calls daily. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Role and responsibilities for the Office Administrator role:
  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Taking customer orders and dealing with account queries
  • Processing payments
  • Posting invoices onto accounts system
  • General office duties
  • Update company social media
  • Filing

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must be able to meet the below criteria;

Essential criteria for the Office Administrator role:
  • Basic computer literacy as a minimum including Excel
  • Good telephone manner and be used to taking a high volume of calls daily
  • Customer service oriented with ability to multi-task

Desirable criteria for the Office Administrator role:
  • Ideally have 2/3 years office experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Perform well under pressure
