Southern Domestic Abuse Service is a leading provider of domestic abuse services in South East Hampshire.

Service Manager Portsmouth (Female)* SDAS45

Salary: £28,000 (subject to salary review, April 2018)

Contract: Full time, permanent

The Service Manager Portsmouth will lead, manage and develop all aspects of SDAS’s new Portsmouth services. We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual to lead a team of dedicated refuge and outreach workers, ensuring that women, children, young people and men receive a high quality service that increases their safety and supports them holistically to move on and live their lives free from domestic abuse.

The successful candidate must have experience of:

  • Line managing staff
  • Ensuring contractual targets and outcomes are met
  • Completing monitoring reports
  • Working in the domestic abuse/supported housing/social care/related sector
