JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

COMPANY: Our client, based in Wakefield, manufactures and retails yarn and yarn products. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established local company who are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to further strengthen their Customer Service Team based in Wakefield.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: Full time position Monday - Friday 

THE ROLE The role of the Customer Service Administrator will be to assist the existing team with all admin / customer service tasks within the office.

Key Responsibilities for the role of the Customer Service Administrator:

Inputting customer orders
Setting up invoices
Dealing with all incoming post
Liaising with customers and internal Reps via the telephone and email

Please note this list of duties is not exhaustive and you may be required to carry out any reasonable additional duty as required as per management requirements to suit business needs.

THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic individual who is accurate and numerate with excellent IT skills to join their Customer Services Team.

A pleasant and confident telephone manner and the ability to fit into a team environment are essential attributes along with a committed attitude to deliver excellent levels of Customer Service at all levels.
