30 hours over 5 days Monday - Friday- £16,000 pa pro rata
Due to expansion we are now looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as an administrative assistant, to support the Commercial Department in our Thornton-Cleveleys Office.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Daily telephone and email liaison with Suppliers and Customers
* Issuing, taking receipt of and filing paperwork relating to deliveries
* Other general administrative duties
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent Computer Skills - these will be required to be demonstrated during the interview process
* Adaptability and ability to prioritise
* Good organisational skills
Previous administrative experience essential.
