Selling tickets and packages for our open-top sightseeing tours and London attractions at world-famous landmarks, you will assist visitors with their sightseeing wish-lists and deliver ongoing customer care as they use our service. You will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate plus daily commission. We are the fastest-growing business in the London hop-on, hop-off sightseeing industry and for the right type of person, this role represents excellent career-development opportunities as well as experience in one of the most enjoyable roles in tourism.
Experience in sales and knowledge of London is not essential as we provide world-class training from day one. Experience in customer-facing environments is a must as will be strong character & a great sense of humour.
- Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to gain a rapid understanding of the company’s products and procedures;
- High standard of presentation, time-keeping and ability to work under pressure;
- First class communicator, (language skills would be an advantage);
- Ability to work outdoors, in a Tourist Environment in Central London.
You must be 18 years or over. Proof of the right to work in the UK is essential
Hours/Days of Work
Full-time, Part-time & Casual roles available. Full-time minimum 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Saturday to Friday, as indicated on a rota. Weekend working is essential.
High hourly rate + Daily Commission + extra mid / long-term financial incentives
