We currently have a fantastic job opportunity for a new team starting in February delivering Sales, Customer Service and Retention for a Home Insurance Client, paying a highly competitive salary plus benefits.

09:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings

We’re always looking to bring people on board who understand the importance leading by example, putting the customer first and not afraid to challenge the norm and who want to join a brand new team to deliver the best customer service in the country.  

This role will play a key part in delivering an excellent customer service for our clients and whilst delivering the service you will identify new ideas to improve business processes.

You will be the first person to deal with our client’s customers and therefore will deliver an exceptional standard of customer service to ensure that they only have to contact us once and when they hang up they will know that their requests have been completed successfully.
