We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with experience in the fresh produce and food service/convenience sectors. If you have a track record of delivering sales in these areas then we want to hear from you.

Our client is a leading fresh produce business with a great reputation for quality. They have consistently traded at £120m+ and are well established in their market. They operate from several sites in Lincolnshire supplying produce to retailers, wholesalers, food service outlets and processors. They are committed to expanding and developing the business forward.
About the Role
Our client is looking to strengthen their Commercial team, with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Manager.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for their key food service and convenience customers and will be tasked with maintaining and (where possible) developing the level of business the company holds. You will utilise your skills to develop this arm of the business further and deliver commercial results. You will be able to develop a clear business strategy and routes to market to maximise the impact on the business. You will not only be able to identify the right opportunities but also go out and win the business as well as develop key relationships further.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new business and account development within the food service or convenience channel. You will have experience in fresh produce and a thorough understanding of the fresh supply chain. You will have a track record of managing key food service or convenience accounts.
To be considered for this role, as a minimum, you must have commercial account management or new business development experience within food service / convenience channel and fresh food experience - ideally within produce.
Circa £50k - £60k + car allowance, bonus etc.
