JOB TITLE: Health Care Assistants 

LOCATION: Littlehampton, West Sussex

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £9.00 per hour, Employee benefits scheme and carer of the month award 

WORKING HOURS: Full and part time hours available for both day and night shifts.

THE COMPANY: Our client based in Littlehampton, West Sussex has been providing Residential Care since opening its first Care Home in 1986. Since then, their services have grown and they now operate 16 Care Homes, with the company brand becoming known nationally, for the range of services offered. Their residential care and nursing homes provide a person centred approach for individuals and are able to offer a comfortable and safe environment. Due to expansion, they are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Assistants to join their team. 

THE ROLE: For the role of the Health Care Assistant you will deliver a high quality service of care to the patients. You will assist in the delivery of support and care for patients. 

No experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities for the Health Care Assistant role in Littlehampton, West Sussex to include:- 

To provide practical support and care to residents including personal, social and therapeutic care whilst adhering to their individual person centred care plan and working within the confines of the Residential Home's Policies and Procedures

To participate in plans to promote an environment contributing to a high standard of care according to the residents needs and wishes. 

THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Health Care Assistant you will be a reliable and flexible team player. You will be friendly, kind, honest, reassuring and an effective communicator. You share the company's goal of delivering excellent care to the patients and you will need to live within a commutable distance to Littlehampton, West Sussex.
