We're searching for a motoring enthusiast to take ownership of our online sales enquiries. Nurturing leads from discovery to sale and helping customers understand the benefits of a TDI-Tuning system.
TDI Tuning are an automotive tuning business based in Chelmsford, Essex. The product is renowned for its superior quality, reliability, and performance gains. Passionate about making cars perform to the best of their abilities, TDI Tuning’s customers are as enthusiastic as their staff.
The Digital Sales Executive Role
The Digital Sales Executive is going to take ownership of TDI-Tuning’s digital sales channels, as well as contributing to reactive phone enquiries. They are expected to help the Sales team exceed revenue targets and offer exceptional support to customers at the beginning of their sales journey. The ideal candidate will succeed in driving online sales as well as contributing ideas to improve the B2C sales funnel.
Digital Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- To react quickly to all digital enquiries for TDI-Tuning systems
- To support phone and offline sales enquiries
- To upsell the benefits of TDI-Tuning add-ons
- To work with creative team, where relevant, on content ideas
Digital Sales Executive Desired Skills:
- A broad knowledge of cars and vehicle tuning
- 2 years minimum B2C sales experience
- Proven sales record
- Excellent written English
- Good communication is essential
- Experience nurturing leads through social channels
- Can work as part of a close-knit team
