We are seeking a self-motivated Procurement Professional with a background in Public Sector Procurement to join our centralised Procurement Team.  You will take a lead role in the tendering process, with some management of supply and service contracts. You will be flexible and responsive to change, have strong negotiation and communication skills and be able to drive forward projects. You will have a specific focus on IT related procurement, having experience of managing procurement exercises via public sector frameworks such as the GCloud and the Digital Outcomes frameworks is valuable.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), be CIPS qualified (MCIPS) or in the final stages of obtaining this accreditation and have procurement experience, ideally gained in the Public Sector or HE environment. Working knowledge of public sector procurement procedures, including EU procurement directives and relevant legislation is essential.
