Alternative Provision Lead

Salary: Main Scale / HLTA level 4 £20,138 - £21,962 per annum (prorata) Location: March, Cambridgeshire

Contract type: Part Time – Monday to Wednesday

Contract term: Permanent

The Role
• Teaching and providing academic and pastoral support to a small cohort of students
• Delivering activities/lessons of good quality and meet individual needs.
• To be responsible for determining individual student timetables in Alternative Provision
• Liaising with other staff and parents
• To regularly monitor, review and evaluate the well-being and progress of children in alternative provision.
• Improving behaviour outcomes and facilitating integration into school

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong record of achievement and success
