Salary:  £22,214 - £25,728 per annum

Our Careers and Employability Service provides information, advice and guidance to students and graduates on choosing the right career and we provide a wide range of volunteering, part-time and graduate opportunities. We support students who want to set up their own business and run a large number of events, workshops and skills sessions with employers.  

In the Recruitment Team, the primary role of the Graduate Recruitment Consultancy is to work with students and graduates to secure suitable employment opportunities. 

This will also involve working closely with local SMEs and national employers. The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be building relationships with new employers, negotiating and agreeing fees, and providing a client centred recruitment service. 

Successful applicants will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be results-oriented with enthusiasm, energy and initiative. Previous experience of business development or sales is essential, and experience within a recruitment environment is preferred.
