Our Progress Lifeline service is expanding and we are recruiting for additional staff to support a number of growth areas within our busy administration team.

The Administration team work in a busy, fast paced environment and their duties include:

  1. Provide all administration support for the Progress Lifeline Department.
  2. Data inputting of customers personal and medical information.
  3. Scheduling telephone appointments across Lancashire for customers and family contacts.
  4. Liaising with social services and hospital staff.

We are recruiting for 1 full time, temporary position working 36.25 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term basis.  You must possess excellent telephone and communications skills, as well as keyboard and IT competency skills.  You must hold a passion for delivering an excellent customer service as we provide our customers with a professional and caring service.

You must be able to manage priorities, work under pressure and show initiative in responding to the needs of our customers.
