An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join a market leading international organisation based at our client's Chesterfield location.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Reception or Administration role and will possess strong organisational, attention to detail and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player and be able to manage a busy workload efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Front of house reception duties including answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors, signing in deliveries and organising in going and outgoing post
- Ordering and managing stationary and confectionery supplies
- Managing petty cash
- Collating timesheets on a weekly basis
- Processing holiday requests, updating annual leave requests on the employee database
- Ensuring databases are kept up to date accurately
- Utilising MS Office packages on a day to day basis including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Organising of travel and accommodation for Directors and visitors as and when required
- General administration duties as required
