Would you like to work in an environment that is fast moving, challenging and deadline driven? We are looking for a customer support executive with a proven track record in a customer based environment to support our successful advertising team based in Sheffield.

You will be required to process all bookings for our Field Sales team whilst they are out on the road so strong system skills are a must, accompanied with the ability to multi-task by processing advertisements, speaking to customers, both internal and external and ensuring all advertisements are booked with complete accuracy and appear within the newspapers and online. An excellent telephone manner is also required to be able to speak to all customers identifying opportunities for them to be able to maximise on their advertising to its full potential.
