All stakeholders working with the Skills People Group can do so in the knowledge that our quality of delivery & financial robustness has been endorsed by the awarding of a direct contract by the Governments Skills Funding Agency.

Our aim is to be known as the number one provider of qualification-based and regulatory training to the sectors and client groups we support.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator on a part time basis to operate our busy reception. The role will require the position holder to work on a shift basis of;

13:00pm – 18:00pm

As an Administrator Receptionist your duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients.
• Answering and transferring calls.
• Monitoring emails.
• Preparing meeting rooms.
• General administration, filling, scanning and printing.
• Supporting the Senior Management team.
• Booking appointments and the management of diaries.
• Arranging travel requirements.
• General maintenance of the reception desk.
• Sorting and distributing the post.

To be a successful Administrator Receptionist you will have the following Skills and Experience:

• Previous administration and receptionist experience, preferably in financial services.
• A friendly ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• IT literate with a good knowledge of all Microsoft programmes.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong and flexible work ethic
