QA Administrator
Working within a unique manufacturing business, this 12 month maternity cover involves providing a support and administrative service to the Quality Department.
The QA Administrator will help provide an efficient administrative service ensuring that the Company has the required compliance training systems and procedures in place to achieve its business objectives in accordance with regulatory authorities.
Key Duties

- Generate system reports, relevant key performance compliance data and provide guidance and train others (as required) within the process for inclusion into KPIs/Scorecards, weekly and monthly reports as necessary for all core QMS.
- To provide guidance on good documentation practice and Documentation Control aspects of the QA department as appropriate.
- To ensure access requests for new users or changes to permissions for existing users of the electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS) are addressed in a timely manner.
- To support the system administration requirements of the Document Control electronic systems.
- Coordinate making documents effective at an appropriate time to ensure the manufacturing schedule maintains compliance. 
- Responsible SME for the secure and controlled functioning of the archive, including responsibility for the associated tracking of archive documentation status in accordance with required retention policies for site.
- Responsible SME for the preparation and maintenance of appropriate training curricula and training groups
- Review all training materials against the relevant procedures within the EDMS and provide authorisation if suitable. 
- Assist in the amendment and generation of standard operating procedures and other documents/reports/protocols as and when required.
- Support the generation of the GXP based training programme and maintenance to meet the guidelines of the regulatory requirements.
- To identify and deliver continuous quality improvements where appropriate. 

 
Candidate Requirements

- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
- A formal qualification in training or quality system management desirable.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Computer literacy (including Word, Power Point, Excel and Databases)
