An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading organisation based centrally in Chesterfield.

The successful candidate will be methodical, conscientious with strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ideal candidate will have a strong level of IT Literacy and be proficient using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Processing purchase invoices onto the system for payment
- Running reports on a daily basis
- Updating stock levels within the database, ensuring orders and returns are processed and monitored in a timely manner
- Answering the telephone, dealing with customer queries and complaints, delivering a high level of customer service at all times
- Assisting in ad hoc projects as necessary
- Updating databases accurately
- Carrying out administrative duties within the team
