North West Regional Manager
We’re Looking for a Northwest Regional Manager to join a thriving organisation’s Manchester office, and help them provide exciting services to adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Conditions. You would be working throughout the North West Region, covering Blackpool, Trafford, Manchester, and Wigan.

We require an exceptional manager to join our client's team to act as a Regional Manager for the whole of the Northwest. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of Learning Disability & Mental Health support sites throughout the region, and you'll be expected to travel through the region, offering and coaching support to site managers, and encouraging the growth of the facilities, and monitoring the region's budget.
We want to make the most of your teaching & coaching qualifications, so you can come into the team and help our Northwest Managers you support flourish in their careers. This will be a fantastic role where you can use everything you've learned from managing teams in the past to help a company who is trying to support vulnerable adults in new and interesting ways.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record managing multiple learning disability services and budgets, who has a client focused approach, and who loves a challenge.
Salary will be £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will need to be a car driver and have achieved at least your NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, with your eyes on your NVQ level 5. Of course, if you already have your level 5, this will be a huge advantage in the role. You will need experience managing multiple sites, as well as excellent budget management skills.
