Customer Service Advisor
Quattro recruitment are working with an award-winning charity, based on the outskirts of Stratford-Upon-Avon to seek part-time Customer Service professionals, who will join their teams on a permanent basis to receive inbound calls and resolve queries proficiently. With a salary of £8.12 per hour which could increase with experience, the working hours for this role consists of 15.5 hours per week and the successful candidate will be required to work the following fixed, shift pattern. Monday - 3pm-6pm Wednesday 3pm-7pm Thursday 3pm-6pm Friday 3pm-6pm Alternate Sundays 9:30 am- 2:30pm (Paid at an overtime rate) Please note: You will be required to attend a two-week class room based induction, which will be full-time (paid) working hours initially. To be considered for this role, you will have current telephony experience, be a good listener, empathetic and be able to deliver an excellent customer service experience. You will also be extremely organised and possess meticulous attention to detail attributes.
