I am looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers, competent with development infrastructure design, based near the Norwich area. I am working with one of the region's most highly regarded Civil Engineering consultancies who, due to a recent retirement, are looking to strengthen their design team. Their work is predominantly within the development infrastructure sector, roads and drainage design in accordance with Section 38s, 104s and 278s, working on a variety of projects across the residential, education / Higher Education and commercial sectors. You need to have an initial grounding within detailed drainage design, incorporating SuDs, using Microdrainage and, ideally, have highway design experience as well. They are flexible with regards to the amount of experience you have, you just need to be capable enough to work with minimal supervision for the majority of projects and have the enthusiasm and drive to develop your engineering ability and progress within the company. You need to be an able communicator who can work with the other departments, mainly their Structural Engineering and Transport Planning teams, to ensure that all projects are delivered to their renowned high standards. Remuneration will reflect your level of experience and expertise and this is something they can be very flexible on. They have a track record, which they are very proud of, of promoting from within and rewarding their staff and so you will be actively encouraged to progress and enhance your own career.
