The UKI Business has a significant year-on-year Change Portfolio of Initiatives, as part of a rolling 3-year Strategic Roadmap. The Portfolio team support the governance of the UKI Change portfolio, which consists of 100 programmes and £350m spend (in 2018). Timely MI, robust management and governance and clear decision making frameworks are needed to ensure successful change delivery. The purpose of the team is to ensure that the UKI Change Portfolio is constructed, prioritised, coordinated and controlled in order to sustain Aviva’s current operation and enable efficient execution of strategy and future ambitions. This role is about helping the UKI business plan, agree, prioritise and control the major change activities that it wants to undertake to best deliver its strategy and move towards its required future business model. You will be responsible for the design and ongoing development of MI in critical control areas and decision making frameworks to govern our change investment that directly support our executive change governance committees. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and coordination of Change Resource governance – including insight & outputs (incl. 3 rd parties) Portfolio Outcomes & Dependencies – Exec reporting, tracking, insight and analysis Coordination of portfolio planning activity and data capture Identify data trends and anomalies to support portfolio decision making Skills & Experience required: Knowledge of UKI business and particularly change processes High level of Data Analysis skills together with a superior attention to detail Strong Data manipulation skills with M/S office products, Excel and PowerPoint together with database and spreadsheet skills (Anaplan/PPM products an advantage) Experience of dealing with and influencing senior managers across an organisation Experience of significant transformation across a service or operational organisation and/ or programme office activity What will you get for this role?
