Customer Services Administrator Stratford-upon-Avon • £18,000 per annum • Permanent • Full Time • Free parking • Option for flexi time working The opportunity to join a well established business with a great company atmosphere Job Description: Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator. You will report to the Logistics Team Leader and will be responsible for; Creating customer orders on the in-house computer system Creating, raising, checking and processing sales and purchase invoices Ensuring export process is accurate whilst completing checks on paperwork and system work Maintaining internal processes and ensuring paperwork is completed Creating and maintaining of customer contacts on the in-house computer system Arranging collection of material from customer locations for delivery to end markets and stocking sites Sourcing new haulage companies General administrations duties as and when required The Successful Applicant : To be considered for this Customer Services Administrator role you will need to have; Educated to A Level Recycling and environment interest desirable Must be able to drive Highly organised with strong administration skills Ability to be self-reliant and work under pressure Confident, positive and enthusiastic A good team player Excellent communication and written skills with good attention to detail IT Literate What’s on Offer?
