JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant 

LOCATION: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary depending on experience 

WORKING HOURS: 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday 

THE COMPANY: Our client has been established since the 1950’s as a Chartered Certified Accountants. They offer a diverse range of specialisms and every client is assigned a specific member of the team to manage their account. We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their existing team in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

THE ROLE: This role is based in a busy reception and duties for the Administrative Assistant role in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire will include;

• General reception duties

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will be well presented and be able to deliver a high level of customer service in this varied role. There is also the opportunity to progress within the firm for the right candidate. 

Key Experience/ Characteristics essential for the Administrative Assistant position based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire:

• Must live within a commutable distance to Mansfield, Nottinghamshire 
• Must be an experienced Administrator
• Must have a working knowledge of windows applications and how to format documents
• Must have an ability to work on their own

Key Experience/ Characteristics desirable for the General Manager position based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire near Sheffield

• Having a previous knowledge of IRIS (accountancy software) is desirable
• Having a knowledge of statutory requirements for limited companies would be advantageous
