My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. As the first point of contact, you will enjoy talking to people and thrive on giving excellent customer service, taking pride in giving that personal touch which leads to great customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: · Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email · Processing spare parts order via SAGE · Ordering spare part components for all existing and new products · Administration support to Product Development Team · Liaising with Marketing Department to ensure the website is up to date with spare parts information · Assisting Departments with customer services during the peak periods Qualification and Skills: You will be someone that · Enjoys working in a team and can be flexible · Learns quickly through on-the-job training · Is confident and has an optimistic outlook · Has a passion for providing excellent customer service · Has a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail · Secondary Education · Customer Service: 2 Years Preferred If you feel you have the skills and experience listed above please send your CV to
