Customer Service Advisor - UK Licensed Position Title: Customer Service Advisor - UK Licensed Reports To: Customer Service Team Leader - UK Licensed Job Level: Level 5 Summary of Role The Customer Service Advisor will make calls to customers and ensure provision of exemplary customer service and act as an interface with customers, ensuring that the company meets customer and legal requirements by providing agreed technical information to customers within agreed parameters. The Customer Service Advisor is also responsible for processing all incoming orders and queries from customers including all after sales issues which include delivery queries about damaged goods, incorrect product supply and delayed orders. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. They will be responsible for ensuring all sales calls target/drive customers to order licensed products from Martindale Pharma improving compliance across the multiples and independent pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals gaining new business where possible. The role holder will implement any launch initiatives as set by the Head of Commercial for new product launches. Qualifications, skills & experience needed: Minimum 1-year customer service / call centre experience Professional telephone manner and customer focussed Maintain a calm and professional approach at all times Demonstrates a professional telephone manner Positive and resilient Must be literate and numerate Self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills Ability to organise time and workload Relationship builder Persistent and persuasive Must be able to identify own training needs Be able to multi task if and when necessary Be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team I.T literate Proactive approach Results orientated Drive and enthusiasm Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or the use of medicines Self-Starter, articulate, self-motivated, good listener.
