If you have some telesales experience, are outgoing and friendly and would like to work in a vibrant media and marketing environment, this Telesales Executive role could be just what you’re looking for. Mediaforce Group is one of the UK’s largest direct marketing companies and provides specialist services to regional and local businesses across the country.
Working within a large dynamic department, you’ll be part of a small team making telesales calls to potential new clients and following up leads from our wider business network. You must have the confidence to sell our services, effectively providing potential customers with proposals and quotes to meet their marketing needs. You’ll be building on our existing client base, which will involve selling, placing bookings, following up campaigns and handling any associated questions. In addition, you will take payments, be responsible for filing and other account management and administrative duties as required.
It is a busy role that offers the right candidate scope to develop their own client base over time and to grow business for the Group. Full training will be provided to ensure you are well prepared for the role.
The ideal candidate:
We are ideally seeking someone with previous Sales or Telesales experience in a business to business environment such as media/advertising. You’ll need to demonstrate a positive personality, tenacity and a sense of fun. We’re also looking for good verbal and written communication and telephone skills, strong computer abilities as well as the ambition to build a sales/account management career in what is a vital role for our business. You’ll also be a real team player with excellent organisational skills, including time management and punctuality.
