What will you be responsible for as Talent and Development Partner

Reporting into the Senior Learning & Development Manager, you willbe responsible for supporting the development of a culture thatidentifies and promotes talent.

- Support career planning and succession discussions, giving your expertadvice on development plans

- Manage the tracing of our identified Talent Pools working closely withour Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partners

- Support the implementation of Exec Development programmes such asDirector Development, collaborating with stakeholders across the Groupto deliver the sessions

- Liaise with External providers in the areas of assessment and coachingand track success of these interventions, ensuring that key SLAs are met

What will it take to be successful?

- Excellent skills in design and delivery of succession and managementdevelopment programmes

- A recognised industry specific qualification, ie. MCIPD

- Previous experience of working in a regulated environment

- Thorough understanding of behavioural skills /techniques (eg. 360,NLP, OPQ, MBTI, BISS, FINOB)

- Experience of talent and succession, preferably in a fast pacedenvironment

- Ability to influence across all levels, owning relationships withstakeholders
