Great opportunity to join our valued global Telco in a client facing role. You will perform day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution. You will be able to work closely with business owners, process owners and SMEs to elicit business requirements and business process support.
The job -Adhere to Audit controls as related to paymentsResearch and resolve day to day operation support issuesAccountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for the applicationEnsure that the internal audit activity maintains its independence and objectivityResponsible for Work instructions /SOPs, run books etc.Deliver to exceed client expectations and ensure zero errors in delivery Suggest improvementsDrive efficiency through process improvement to continually improve service and reduce costs Actively participate in WAR ROOM investigationsPeriodic meetings with offshore teams on various aspects like performance, SLA/KPIs, issues/escalations etc.Conduct Monthly service reviews with UK SME/Service ownerInteraction with various Business functionsParticipate in Change, Release and Deployment activities and Transformation plansConstantly challenge to review methodology to enhance deliveryProvide on-call support as and when requiredAbility to drive process improvement to continually improve service and reduce costsResponsible for all operational management aspects of incidentsEnd-to-end ownership of the incidents, communication between business and support teams; issue resolutionSecuring incidents are resolved within SLAContinuous engagement with operations and support teams to understand the ongoing risks within the business and address it in timely manner Constantly challenge to review methodology to enhance delivery
To succeed -ITIL Foundation Certified Knowledge of SOX Compliance and PCI DSSPrior work experience in L2 Application operation support and specifically in Payment applicationsAbility to troubleshoot and provide solutions to critical issuesDirect Debit Interface BACS application, Transact SMWindows server & SQL Server, MS SQL, Hub Event Monitor & Transform Foundation Server End to End ticket ownership with a focus on improving user experience through first time resolution and timely response Good written and verbal communication skillsIntra/Inter personnel skillsExcellent technical, analytical skills and attention to detailGood team playerMature and self-motivated Work in a team that is spread across various locationsAbility to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and the key integration/ control points, work cross-functionally across different business processesDetail oriented and experienced in documenting processes and SOPsEngage with business to proactively provide advisory and guidance on risks and controls for new projects, programs, processes and initiatives7-10 years of total experience with a min. of 5 years’ in L2 support for Payment applicationsShould be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, Public Holidays on a rotational basisCo-ordination with all support groups
