The Ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant Candidate
Recruitment is a highly competitive, challenging, pressurised and professional industry and so to be a successful trainee recruitment consultant you will have ideally experienced times and situations when you have demonstrated these attributes before. This comes in a number of forms including·A previous record of achievement within a sales environment either B2B or B2C.·Sporting achievements, i.e. participation in county/national level competitions.·Extra-curricular achievements i.e. musical instruments played at Grad 7+.
