Accounts Assistant - Manufacturer - Lincolnshire Chase and Holland are working with a global and growing manufacturer based in Lincolnshire who are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant. No previous accounts experience is necessary - a previous role within administration would be considered, but accounts Assistant experience would be an advantage. Role and Responsibilities Matching purchase orders & delivery notes to invoices Data entry of purchase invoices & credits Reconciliation of statements back to the ledger Raising payments Telephone answering; e.g. queries, requests for payments Liaising with external suppliers Update and maintain the purchase ledger Key attributes: Meticulous attention to detail Conversant with Microsoft IT package; including Excel, Word & Outlook Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics desirable but not essential Motivated and enthusiastic Excellent organisation and communication skills Able to work within a team environment and work on own initiative & to provide cover when necessary 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on hours.
