Previous knowledge or interest/experience in working with children would be particularly useful, although most experience is gained on the job. The successful applicant must enjoy the challenges and demands of working with young people but will be well supported by a busy and friendly team.
This position is term time only for 17.5 hours per week (3 and a half hours per day, to be worked in the mornings each Monday to Friday, with a 20-minute unpaid break daily). The position is term time only and fixed-term to July 2019 in the first instance. Pay will be on LPS SS Grade 3, Points 5-7, starting on £16,755 (pro-rata as term-time only).
