Human Resources Business Partner Salary : £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Location : Merseyside Duration : 6-9 months with the possibility of extension Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to help support a dynamic and busy HR environment. To be consider for the role you must be MCIPD or level 7 CIPD qualified. The ideal candidate should have a robust approach to any challenges they may face. To be a successful candidate you must have an up to date knowledge of employment law and the ability to manager stakeholders in the organisation at all levels. As the role is performance based you will need to have a strong KPI driven mentality. Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner: As Human Resources Business Partner you will offer support to the wider organisation surrounding casework, probation appraisals, investigations, grievances and disciplines. You will be responsible for attending high level discipline meetings in regards to attendance so the ability to challenge senior stakeholders is essential. The role of Human Resources Business Partner will require you to assist with the implementation of any HR system being introduced to the organisation. You will be the HR lead when setting up workshops and will help manage the apprenticeship levy. The Human Resources Business Partner will help to form job descriptions and person specifications following discussion with line managers. You will be expected to review policies and procedures when necessary. The role will require you to offer guidance to stakeholders within the organisation and pass on knowledge when it is needed in certain cases. Skills Required for the Human Resources Business Partner: To be a successful candidate for the position you must have excellent written skills along with the ability to communicate in an effective manner. As the role is fast paced you are expected to show initiative and to help manage the HR workload for senior HR colleagues when needed. The ability to be flexible is also seen as an advantage. Previous use of the I-Trent and PowerPoint graphics would be desirable.
