So, what will the role of Audit / Quality Control Administrator entail? Reporting to the Audit Manager, you’ll be responsible for analysing and interpreting the quality of calls made and received by sales and customer service colleagues. You’ll also produce and maintain statistical reports surrounding call audits, call frequency and sales income. Duties will include but not be limited to: Generating income reports on a daily basis to determine income versus target expectations Updating and evaluating fail trends and scores to develop continuous improvement techniques and training support Collaborating with compliance and training teams to establish a consistent, fair and compliant audit process with clear and achievable expectations Developing and maintaining marking schemes to adhere to script alterations and compliance expectations Providing daily updates to the activity log and noting daily postage use Producing business comparison daily charge / commission reports Developing knowledge of insurance products What will I need to be considered for this Audit / Quality Control Administrator vacancy? Proven experience working within an office administration role High level of attention to detail Accurate and timely data entry skills Superb listening, and communication skills both written and verbal IT literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually, using own initiative Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn Previous experience working within audit, and/or knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements and expectations would be advantageous however not essential.
