Our Client, A busy Hotel which is part of an established and renowned Hotel Group throughout the Cotswolds is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their brigade.

Our Client is a busy, fast paced, 22 bedroomed hotel which caters for approximately 45 weddings a year along with other events. (benefits from a separate function kitchen)

There are two distinct styles of food being served at our Clients establishment. Bar food; served at lunch in the bar and courtyard which is the volume side of the operation where are our clients want to see classic comfort favourites served in a smart way. The Brasserie caters for more of the hotel residents in the evening and provides a more polished dining experience to a rosette standard.

As Chef de Partie you will be in charge of a section within the team and report to Sous / Head Chef. Full training will be given on all sections within the kitchen and the opportunity offered to move around within the kitchen.
