This multi award winning UK Holiday Provider is seeking a Sales Executive to take inbound calls from customers looking to book breaks in the UK. You will be selling exclusive individual property’s and holiday homes across the UK. This is an ideal role for someone with outbound selling experience wanting to move to an inbound position in a reputable company who can offer genuine career progression.

The company has been established for 30 years and is growing rapidly, they now employee 400 people and are continuing to expand. The have won multiple awards including Best In Industry for the last four years and recognised as on for the 1000 companies to inspire Britain. As a Sales Executive you will

* Take calls from customers who need further assistance or advise and want to book with a real person rather than on the website
* Fact find and build rapport with customers, identifying holiday needs and requirements to be able to find suitable alternatives when first choice properties are unavailable
* Targeted on conversion of calls to completed bookings

To be successful as a Sales Executive

* We are interested in seeking candidates with experience as a sales executive, advisor or consultant in a call centre or in branch from travel, mobile phone or any targeted selling experience.
* You will have a proven track record in a targeted selling environment and be able to demonstrate this with targets and achievements.
* This is an ideal role for someone who is achieving in a selling role and wants to move into an inbound position with a happy product and fun company
* This is a busy department and industry, which goes though high peak seasons. We need candidates with a strong work ethic who like to keep busy and be rewarded.

* Basic Salary £17000 increasing to £17500 after 6 months
* Up to £500 per month in bonus - OTE £19000 - £22000
* 37.5 hours
* Rota’d shifts between 9am and 9pm including weekends
