Overview: Roles and Responsibilities Hands on responsibility to trouble shoot Citrix XenDesktop. Worked on setting up new Projects or Project migrations. Have the capability to understand the project requirements and work closely with the projects implementation team Resolve the Incident/Problem/Change tickets Working with OEM Vendors Automation of the repetitive issues & Customer communication Planning, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Work closely with the Level 1 and Level 2 Support teams and Support to ensure end to end resolution of incidents and problems. Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environments Job Requirements Good years hands-on experience with Citrix/Windows in designing, implementing & administering VDI solutions. Good knowledge in Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and latest versions. Citrix Access Gateways Citrix Provisioning Server Good troubleshooting skills in an enterprise wide Citrix Farm Good Working Windows Server 2012R2 and Win 7/8/10 - deployment/support/administration Good Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc., Understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers. Citrix server monitoring – server availability, IMA traffic, usage, load balancing etc. Basic knowledge in storage technologies – SAN and NAS Knowledge in ITIL standards.
