Robert Half are recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to join a highly successful Manufacturing firm based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to kick start their career within Marketing. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Previous Marketing experience is not essential.


  • Assist the Marketing Executive in creating Marketing and promotional material
  • Develop, create and source a range of promotional collateral for customers
  • Provide general administrative support for the management team
  • Book lunches and organise beverages for sales and external customer meetings
  • Liaise with all team members to coordinate events such internal meetings, customer forums, customer visits and events
  • Assist in the generation of email campaigns and raise awareness of new product or services


  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools (work, excel, PowerPoint) and outlook
  • Work well in a team and on own initiative
  • Be able to respond well to pressure
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator skills - desirable
  • Web & social media skills - desirable

Salary & Benefits:

£18,000k - £20,00k, plus benefits
