They will be dealing with Homeowners face to face and emails. Properties are mainly based in East London, Hackney.Key Responsibility:To adhere to the framework for Leasehold Services in order to deliver excellent standards and performance in relation to regulatory and legal compliance, best practice, innovation and customer service, specifically in the areas of:service delivery, dealing with complaints and disputes as per the Group’s procedures where necessary;liaison and consultation with leaseholders;estate inspections;lease enforcement and compliance.To deliver high quality services to customers, the Group and its subsidiaries.To work with the Service Charge team to establish and review service charges. To monitor service charge expenditure.To maintain accurate customer contact and property records in accordance with relevant procedures.To build relationships with Stakeholders and represent the Group at meetings, hearings and other forums as appropriate.Knowledge / Skills:Previous experience of Property ManagementExperience of delivery of a customer orientated serviceAn understanding of the issues related to leaseholders and shared ownersGood level of IT Knowledge including Word and Excel, and an ability to compile and write reportsAbility to analyse and draw logical conclusions from complex data.
