Job Title: Leasehold Property Manager

Location: Uxbridge Road, London, W5

Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary (Possibility of going Perm)

Weekly Hours: 35

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, Flexible between 08:30am - 06:00pm, Occasionally will need to attend evening meetings - approx. 2 meetings a month

DBS: Basic DBS required

Driving Licence: Valid, clean full UK driving licence

Access To Car: Candidates can be signed up to hire car from enterprise car hire. Or can travel via public transport

Expenses: Travel expenses can be claimed (travel from office to sites only)

Parking on-site: Not available

Interview Date: Wednesday, 20th June 2018

Interview Format: Face to Face - Competency basedquestions, 15minutes written exercise on scenario based questions, technical questions based on property management legislations.

Interview Location: Uxbridge Road, London, W5

Start Date: Candidate must be available immediately or short notice

Closing Date: Thursday, 14th June 2018 at 4:00pm

Candidates must have housing/property management experience. They will be dealing with Homeowners face to face and emails. Properties are mainly based in East London, Hackney.

Key Responsibility:

To adhere to the framework for Leasehold Services in order to deliver excellent standards and performance in relation to regulatory and legal compliance, best practice, innovation and customer service, specifically in the areas of:service delivery, dealing with complaints and disputes as per the Group’s procedures where necessary;liaison and consultation with leaseholders;estate inspections;lease enforcement and compliance.To deliver high quality services to customers, the Group and its subsidiaries.To work with the Service Charge team to establish and review service charges. To monitor service charge expenditure.To maintain accurate customer contact and property records in accordance with relevant procedures.To build relationships with Stakeholders and represent the Group at meetings, hearings and other forums as appropriate.Knowledge / Skills:

Previous experience of Property ManagementExperience of delivery of a customer orientated serviceAn understanding of the issues related to leaseholders and shared ownersGood level of IT Knowledge including Word and Excel, and an ability to compile and write reportsAbility to analyse and draw logical conclusions from complex data.
