Customer Service Support
Our Client has 2 Positions available in their Customer Service Support Department.
1 post at 25 hours per week, 12.00pm to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
1 post at 37 hours per week, 8:30pm to 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Requirements for both Roles: -
·Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment essential
·Experience of using IT systems to provide information & record requests from customers essential
·Experience desirable of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM -Knowledge & understanding desirable of the Councils refuse & recycling procedures and processes
