French speaking Customer Support

Your new role
Your new role will be predominantly phone and computer based, speaking with French based customers- your job will be to provide excellent customer service while also resolving queries and issues. You will be speaking with customers to understand their questions- escalating where necessary or passing them onto the relevant teams and departments. You will them be aiding by talking through their issues and supporting them by taking the appropriate actions to resolve the problem and/or provide the right advice to the customer. This may include quotes , ordering parts, arranging product repairs, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills both speaking English and French- you must be fluent in both written and spoken French at a business level (any additional languages would be a big plus). We would ideally be looking for you to have similar experience to this role, so having previously worked as customer support in an office environment. Generally we are looking for an organised candidate who is inquisitive and ideally has an interest in IT and audiovisual equipment.
