A Customer Care Specialist is required to start ASAP to deliver an outstanding service by responding to and processing all customer and dealer enquiries.

Main duties to include:

  • Process of contract changes for customers, including early settlements, maturities and terminations
  • Respond to and resolve inbound customer/dealer enquiries
  • Answer all verbal and written enquiries
  • Update of system accordingly, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Ensure Team Leaders are aware of any potential issues associated with work queues and backlog
  • Meet individual performance targets
  • Own all customer issues through to resolution
  • Participate in department/business projects

Skills required:

  • Confident in decision making
  • Treats all customers/dealers with respect
  • Takes ownership of work queues
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Customer focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency when required


  • At least 3 years experience in a customer service position preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry an advantage
  • Excel and Word to intermediate level
  • Workflow management
