Growing, Cambridge-based technology company are looking for an Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
Our client is a specialist provider of industrial inkjet components to a global customer base. After experiencing a period of continuing expansion, they are looking for an established Account Manager to help manage their client base.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing their global accounts after the initial sale. Based from their Cambridgeshire office and with opportunities to travel internationally, the Account Manager will have the following key duties:
- Build excellent and sustainable relationships to proactively manage key accounts;
- Offer technical support, advice and solutions to clients to ensure problems are nullified and prevented from occurring in the future;
- Generate quotes, produce invoices, ensure contracts are renewed successfully and service agreements met;
- Keep customers engaged and educated with product developments and market trends.
Applicants for Account Manager will have experience within a technical or scientific industry.
You will be degree educated (or equivalent), with previous experience in support or commercial roles.
You will be an excellent relationship builder, a problem solver and be able to communicate well with key teams, both internally and externally.
In return, our client is offering a salary of ??35,000 - ??40,000, depending on relevant experience, plus the opportunity to join an established and growing business in Cambridge.
