Insurance Account Handler
As an important member of the friendly Motor Insurance team at this Essex based Insurance Brokers, this Account Handler vacancy is an inbound customer service role for a confident, client-oriented individual with some insurance broking knowledge and previous sales or customer services experience.Taking calls from the general public, you will advise and process requests, identifying selling opportunities and providing exceptional customer service throughout. This popular employer actively encourages study for the Chartered Insurance Institute and Institute of Customer Service. Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.Some Saturdays, (9am to 12pm) on a rota basis (paid as overtime).Benefits include pension and 25 days holiday.
