Working as the Head of Marketing you will work closely with sales and a small marketing team to execute the marketing strategy. You will need to have a results driven mindset to meet and exceed the growth plan of a scale up that delivered 140% growth in the last 12 months. You will lead the marketing department to deliver high-volume, high-quality lead generation. This is stand out opportunity to join the lead player in one of the fastest growing industries in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Find creative ways to attract, acquire, engage and retain an un-rivalled customer base using digital and offline marketing channels
  • Manage and develop SEO, Paid Search / Social and website development
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing collateral
  • Manage the marketing budget and spend as well as evaluate and report ROI and campaign return
  • Gather and analyse performance data/digital data to continuously improve strategies and campaigns
  • Establish relationships with industry-leading publications, and manage PR agencies to ensure maximum return on retainer
  • Manage the marketing team, including carrying out 1-2-1s and motivating and leading the team

We're looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience in a B2B environment. You should be degree / CIM Qualified in Marketing or Digital Marketing and be passionate about digital marketing and lead generation campaign execution. You will be a clear advocate of personal development and display these traits throughout your career.
Management skills
  • Project management - ability to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • A team player, with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to establish excellent working relationships with a variety of people
  • Experience to manage upward, as well as downward within the organisation
  • Be a commercially aware marketeer in order to scale and deliver ROI
  • Organisational skills

  • Knowledge of Pardot and saleforce
  • Knowledge of further automation technology to improve marketing performance
